What to send for pricing
Start with the site address, latest drawing revisions, structural details, specification and schedule of work. Include the number of plots, proposed sequence, target dates and whether you require labour only or supply and installation.
Clarify the interfaces
We review the carpentry scope alongside material supply, lifting and access, temporary protection, waste arrangements and the work of other trades. Any missing information, exclusions or provisional allowances should be visible in the quotation, not left for site to resolve.
Agree the handover standard
Door schedules, ironmongery, finished levels and recurring details need to be agreed before installation. We discuss sequencing, inspection points and snagging with the main contractor so each carpentry stage has a clear finish line.
