A clear plan before work begins
Know what is included, and what happens next.
Start with the brief and the drawings
Send your postcode, existing photos, any plans and the changes you want to make. Tell us the stage of your design and approvals, your target timing and budget. We can then discuss the appropriate next step and any questions for your designer or structural engineer.
Agree the complete scope
Before work starts, the written scope should make responsibilities clear: structural work, drainage, plumbing and electrics, insulation, finishes, waste and access. We identify what Sixes is pricing and what remains with you or other contractors, including any provisional allowances.
Plan around an occupied home
If you will be living at home during the work, tell us early. Access routes, protection, deliveries and periods without normal kitchen or utility use need to be discussed alongside the construction programme.
