The Pagham Kitchen: better storage, a cleaner layout and a complete transformation.

A full kitchen refit with a new electrical layout, a relocated boiler, carefully planned storage, fitted cabinetry and new appliances.

Project at a glance

What changed — and why it mattered.

The problemA dated layout, limited storage and a boiler position that consumed useful wall space.
The workStrip-out, full rewire, boiler relocation, fitted kitchen joinery, appliances, work surfaces, splashback and lighting.
The resultA brighter, more coherent kitchen with additional storage and a layout that feels deliberately planned.

This Pagham flat needed more than new cabinet doors. We stripped the room back, reconsidered the services and layout, moved the boiler to release valuable wall space, and rebuilt the kitchen around how the customer actually needed the room to work.

Making room for better kitchen storage

The original boiler position occupied valuable wall space and restricted the possible cabinet layout. Relocating it as part of the agreed programme opened up more useful storage, while the remaining units, work surfaces and appliances could be planned around the real dimensions of the flat.

Rewire, boiler relocation and installation

The coordinated refurbishment included a full rewire and moving the boiler before the new kitchen was installed. Completing the service changes first meant sockets, lighting, appliances and cabinets could be set out for the replacement layout rather than forced around the old positions.

The new white shaker units, timber work surfaces, tiled splashback and under-cabinet lighting create a clean, practical finish. The installation also included the new appliances and was supplied with a minimum five-year guarantee for this project.

A cleaner, brighter and more useful room

The result is a cohesive kitchen that makes better use of the flat. Moving the boiler created room for additional cabinetry, while the fitted appliances and coordinated service work allowed the design to feel planned rather than compromised.

“Brilliant job. The flat was completely transformed. The team was always so clean and tidy, and the quality was great.”
